Bee Cave

Bee Cave is located approximate 12 miles west of Austin and got its name from early settlers who discovered a large cave of wild bees in the area. A small community at the end of Bee Caves Road and just off Highway 71 west of Austin, Bee Cave has exploded in popularity for its beautiful scenery and its accessibility to all Austin has to offer. In fact, it’s estimated that more than 115,000 new residents will move into this triangle of land between Highway 71 and US 290 in the next 25 years, causing the Bee Cave area to undergo a whopping population increase of more than 600 percent by 2030.
